Terms of Use
Last updated 24 October 2026
Air Hockey is free to download and play. Play fair online, don't attack the service, and enjoy it. These terms are between you and Oxyloop; Apple's standard licence for apps from the App Store applies as well.
The agreement
By downloading or using Air Hockey you accept these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where the two differ, these terms apply between you and Oxyloop. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Air Hockey on Apple devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. Air Hockey's code, artwork, sounds and name belong to Oxyloop.
Online play
Online matches go through our server. While using it, do not:
- try to disrupt, overload or get unauthorised access to the server or other players' devices;
- use modified versions of the app, bots or automated tools against other players;
- guess or flood room codes to get into rooms you were not invited to.
We may block access to the online service for anyone who does. The online service is offered as it is: rooms can close and connections can drop, and we may change, pause or end the service. Playing against the computer and on one phone does not need it.
Privacy
What the app collects and why is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Air Hockey is provided as it is. Beyond what the law requires, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of bugs. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Oxyloop is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of Air Hockey. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the new version is published here with a new date, and continuing to use the app after that means you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting the app.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and can bring a claim there.
